The use of services of Bulletproof Web hosting provider assumes the agreement of a person who registers the domain name/names (next - Registrant) with rules, terms, limitations and other terms of cooperation, listed in this document at the moment of rendering of service.
While accepting the present Service Agreement, Registrant confirms, that:
a) According to his information, neither the registration of domain name, nor the order of its use breaks the rights of intellectual property of the third parties;
b) The contact information, provided with domain name registration, is true and relevant;
c) The contact information about Registrant can be published in the international services WHOIS in accordance with standard documents, which regulate the procedure of domain name registration;
1.1 Bulletproof Web provides the following commission services for the interest of clients:
1.1.1 Support and registration of domain names;
1.1.2 Hosting of Web resources on high-speed servers, located on an industrial technical ground;
1.1.3 Services of technical consulting in the field of domain name registration and hosting (choice of domain name, configuration and integration of hosting-servers, etc.);
1.1.4 Representative services in the field of domain name registration, resolving domain argues, etc.;
2.1 Payment of service, provided by Bulletproof Web, is implemented in dollars according to tariffs, maintained at the moment of rendering of service.
2.2 In the case of nonpayment or untimely payment, Bulletproof Web may stop/suspend rendering of service and bears no responsibility for possible consequences of such a decision/action.
3.1 Users are obliged to provide accurate and true information in numbers, enough to provide services, which they charge/buy. The information, provided by Registrant, may be published in open sources if necessary;
3.2 Inaccurate contact information or lack of such information by request may be the reason for registration suspend;
4.1 Bulletproof Web acts to meet clients’ interests and tends to provide only high-quality service. In cases of disputable situations either between service and its client, or with the involvement of the third parties, we take all legal and ethical measures for the protection of legal and ethical interests of our client;
4.2 For protection purposes of Registrant rights to use registered domain name, as well as for making procedure of registration and management of domain names, registered in different domain zones, effective and universal, Bulletproof Web may post its contact requisites in WHOIS administration services of domain zones while registering domain names. Bulletproof Web promises to change contact requisites of domain names by written request of Registrant after the presentation of identifying document;
4.3 At the same time Bulletproof Web doesn’t guarantee absolute order fulfillment. All services are provided by “as it is” principle, the involved technical systems may comprise uncovered technical errors, resulted in impossibility of order fulfillment or its untimely fulfillment. Besides, the same result may be caused by human factor or by force majeure - social and nature disasters (wars, fires, floods, revolutions, etc.);
4.4 In case of impossibility of obligation fulfillment for reasons listed above (except for force majeure), Bulletproof Web bears responsibility in the range of sums got from the clients as a payment for services;
4.5 Bulletproof Web under no circumstances bears no material responsibility for any extra sum, only in the range of sums got from the clients as a payment for services;
4.6 Bulletproof Web bears no responsibility in case of force majeure;
4.7 Domain name transfer, delegating to Registrant, to other registrator’s service is available no later than 14 days before the end of the term of deligating domain name;
4.8 Bulletproof Web keeps the right to stop the service for client WITHOUT compensation of service payments in the following cases:
4.8.1 Systematic violation of standard net ethic rules (spam, allocation of materials that incite to ethnical/racial hatred, materials on trade of arms, drugs, prostitution propaganda and etc. );
4.8.2 Malicious actions (hacking, attack and etc.), directed to unauthorized change of standard work order of Bulletproof Web servers or discredit Bulletproof Web;
4.8.3 in case of court decision or other cases, specified by legislation;
4.8.4 in case if the contact information, given by Registrant according to 3.1 and officially charged by competent authority (courts, investigative bodies and etc.), doesn’t allow to define Registrant of domain name, as well as in case if the contact information is invalid;
4.9 Payments, made by Client, are not refunded in the following cases:
- client’s refuse to register/prolong domain name as a provided service;
- cancellation of domain name registration before the final term of its use, as well as by court decision;
- domain name transfer to another person, as well as by court decision;
- the violation of p. 4.8.1, 4.8.2, 4.8.3, 4.8.4 of the Service Agreement by Customer;
5.1 Bulletproof Web bears no responsibility for domain names usage, registered by it, as well as for the content of any materials on the sites, published under such domain names or located on Bulletproof Web servers;
6.1 The present agreement is not ultimate, thus can be changed and added. The clients will be informed about all changes in the Service Agreement via e-mail or by a special message on the main page of the site, not less than 30 days before these changes come into effect;
